How to make Easy Peanut Dipping Sauce
This recipe is super simple….just mix the ingredients as serve!
We do find it best to mix the hot water in last as it helps blend the rest of the ingredients and create a smooth sauce. You can add more or less hot water as needed to create the consistency you like or need for your recipe (for example, if you’re using it as a salad dressing you’ll want it a bit thinner, but leave it a thicker consistency for use as a dip or for brushing on grilled chicken).

Easy Peanut Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- ½ cup smooth natural peanut butter
- 2½ tbsp rice vinegar (seasoned or not, both work)
- 3 tbsp sodium reduced soy sauce
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- ¼ tsp sriracha sauce
- 4 tbsp hot water
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl using a fork or whisk until smooth. Pour into a serving bowl and serve, or use in your favourite recipes.
